LANGKAH - LANGKAHNYA :
- matikan hp anda
- lalu tekan tombol power dan vol up secara bersamaan
- hingga muncul logo smart lepas tombol power dan tetap tahan tombol vol up
- nanti akan muncul menu recovery
- pilih wipe data
- pake power untuk pilihnya
- dan untuk navigasinya tekan tombol volume
- pilih yes all
- tunggu hingga proses selesai
- lalu reboot
